Become a regular donor today and give hope to cancer patients
Hope for Tomorrow has been providing mobile cancer care units to the NHS since 2007, when we launched the world’s first in Gloucestershire. Since then, we have grown a fleet of mobile cancer care units and now work in partnership with NHS trusts across the country.
As a charity that receives no government funding, we simply couldn’t keep our mobile cancer care units running without the generosity of our supporters.
Why do regular donations matter?
We are a charity committed to bringing mobile cancer services closer to those who need them. By becoming a regular giver, you’re not just donating, you’re joining a community of like-minded individuals who are dedicated to making a lasting impact, who are committed to Hope for Tomorrow and our mission. Together, we can make cancer care more accessible, more compassionate, and less stressful for patients. Join us in making a difference—your support is not just a donation, it’s a lifeline.
Without the help from and generosity of our supporters like you, the reality of cancer care could be so different for thousands of patients who rely on our mobile units.
Making a regular gift to Hope for Tomorrow makes sense for you and us.
A regular gift is:
Consistent
Your regular gift ensures we can plan for the future thanks to a steady and anticipated income, ensuring the sustainability and stability of our mobile cancer care units so they can be there for more people in the future.
Convenient
A regular gift means that you can spread the cost of your contributions, making it easier to budget while providing us with the steady, reliable support we need to plan and sustain our vital work, providing cancer services closer to those who need it, knowing that we can count on you along the way.
Efficient
With just a one-time setup, your donation will be automatically given at the interval you choose – whether weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. This process not only saves you time but also makes your generosity go further.
Flexible
You can choose an amount that works for you and when you would like it to be paid. We can change the frequency or amount of your gift whenever you like – just let us know. Many regular givers choose to increase their donation in line with inflation, for example, meaning that their regular donation is worth the same now as it was when the first joined us.
Impactful
Regular donations mean that we can reach more communities and support more patients when and where they need it.
What does my gift mean for mobile cancer care?
Your regular donation could help patients, like Michael, access the care that they need closer to where they need it. Michael visits our mobile cancer care unit in Tiptree, Essex and has his bloods taken and PICC line flushed on board.
He says, “The centre of Colchester can get pretty busy at times, and it can sometimes take me up to an hour to get to the hospital. But when my appointment is on the bus [unit], my drive is very gentle through pretty little country lanes. It’s a very easy journey so I arrive feeling calm and relaxed.
“The unit is in a lovely big car park at Tesco so there is never any problem finding a space, it just doesn’t get any easier than that. I can rock up right outside, it’s so convenient, and whatever sort of day I am having I am guaranteed a bit of a laugh there. I get seen straight away, the whole thing is just so smooth and stress-free, and I find the shorter travelling time a great help.
It’s such a brilliant service, I can’t praise it enough. I certainly really appreciate it and in a rural area like Essex where people have to drive long distances, it’s fantastic. There’s no anxiety about traffic jams or parking.

Michael’s experience is just one example of how our mobile cancer care units are changing the lives of people living with cancer. By bringing vital cancer services into communities, we’re reducing the physical and emotional strain on patients, allowing them and their loved ones to focus on other things outside of cancer.
Your regular donation ensures that we can continue to provide this invaluable service, reaching more people like Michael who benefit from the convenience, comfort, and peace of mind that our units offer. Every contribution, no matter the size, plays a crucial role in helping us maintain and expand our services for those who need it.
