London Landmarks Half Marathon 2026

The grand. The quirky. The hidden.

Sunday 12 April 2026
Minimum age: 17

Get ready for the most iconic 13.1 miles you’ll ever run! The London Landmarks Half Marathon is a central London, closed-road event and is now your chance to race through the heart of the capital, passing some of the world’s most famous historical and modern landmarks while making a real impact for our charity and the cancer patients we support.

Imagine running past iconic and historic sites like the Tower of London, St Paul’s Cathedral, The Gherkin, The Shard and more as you weave through the streets of the City of London and Westminster (this is the only London half marathon with a route that runs through both).

Leigh Carvill, unit manager for our East Kent-based mobile unit completed the London Landmarks Half Marathon in 2025

Every step you take and every penny you raise will support our important work. By signing up, you’re not just challenging yourself – you’re making a tangible difference in the lives of those who rely on our mobile units for improved access to the cancer care they need.

Sign up today and be part of something extraordinary.
