Refunds and returns

We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not happy with a product please email info@hopefortomorrow.org.uk, call 01666 505055 or write to Hope for Tomorrow, 101 The Waterfront, Stonehouse Business Park, Sperry Way, Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, GL10 3UT, for a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt. 

Once you have returned all or part of your order for exchange or refund we will inspect the item and process your return within 14 days of receipt. Any refunds will be processed using the same payment method used when placing your order.

We do not refund postage and packing costs, unless the item is damaged or faulty. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items that have clearly been worn, laundered or used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
